Reface Supplies Toolkit
 
 

For Measuring and Estimating:

1. Measuring Tape
(One with fractions is helpful)
2.  Pencil & Paper
​(Preferably Graph Paper)

For Prep and Clean up:

1. Cloths (Terry Cloth or Tack Cloth)
2.  Dish Soap or Degreaser
​ (409 or Orange Glow)
3.  Hand or Power Drill
​(Clutch feature is awesome)
4. Hand or Power Drill
​(Clutch feature is awesome)
5. Hand or Orbital Sander
​6. Straight Edge/Metal Yard Stick
​(To cut laminate straight)
7. Hammer
8. Broom and Dust pan for cleanup
​(Or shop vac)

For Pads Outs (If Pad Outs are needed):

1. Jig Saw or Skill Saw
​(User preference)
2.  Finish Nails or Pin Nailer
- With compressor
3.  Wood Glue
​(Tight Bond  brand recommended)

For Laminating:

1. ​ Utility Knife with good blade
2.  Bandit Trimming Tool (Optional)

For Drawers and Drawer Fronts:

1. Swanson 12” combo square
2.  Drawer Front Installer
​(Rockler Brand recommended
3.  1” course thread Screws
​(Fits standard drawers double check your measurements)
4. Washers or Spacers
​(If needed)
5.  Choose One:
  • False Front compression clips
  • Tip Out Hinges
  • 1” x 1” Wood Sticks and Glue

For Hardware:

1.  Pulls and Handles of your choice
2.  Existing or new hinges 
3.  *May need longer breakaway 8/32 Machine Screws for Drawer Fronts
